Every Carter-de Golian, Inc project has a team of construction professionals. Depending primarily on the size of the
project, at a minimum, the project will have a Project Manager who is
involved from pre-bid to contract
closeout and a fulltime Superintendent onsite from
ground breaking until completion. |

Founded in 1962, Carter-de
Golian, Inc has over 4 million square feet of construction in place as a
commercial general contractor.
Considering initial construction costs are only 11% of a buildings
life cycle cost, our philosophy is to “help owners build the best facilities
possible.” As a result, Carter-de Golian, Inc has developed strong business
relationships with many of our clients. We are proud of the fact that clients
like The Salvation Army, Haverty Fine Furniture, Archdiocese of Atlanta, and Georgia
Institute of Technology have called upon Carter-de Golian, Inc for their
construction needs for over thirty five years.
